Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment every step of the way. Please note that custom or made-to-order lighting items (such as handcrafted resin table lamps) may have a longer processing time of 3-5 business days, as they are crafted specifically for you.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with reliable global shipping carriers to deliver your lighting products to over 100 countries worldwide. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: Available for all locations, with delivery typically taking 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch. This is our most affordable shipping option, ideal for non-urgent orders.
- Express Shipping: For faster delivery (5-7 business days), available at an additional cost. Express shipping is recommended for time-sensitive orders or fragile items that you wish to receive quickly.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150, as a thank you to our valued customers. For orders under $150, standard shipping rates start at $9.99, while express shipping rates start at $24.99. Please note that oversized items (such as large wall sconces or floor lamps) may incur additional shipping fees, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Packaging For Lighting Products
Lighting items are fragile by nature, so we take extra care to package every order to prevent damage during transit. Our packaging process includes:
